Try These Lighter Takeout Swaps

You can eat fast food and lose weight 👏

"Dieting" doesn't have to mean only eating at home and cooking for every meal...if it did, I never would've lost weight 😳

I lost 45 lbs in 6 months while I was working 60+ hours/week and in school to finish my Psychology degree, so I ate out a lot — like there were legit days that I ate takeout for every meal because I just didn't have time for anything else

And I still lost weight!

Because instead of ordering whatever I wanted, I'd spend a few minutes in the morning or the night before planning ahead and making smart(er) takeout choices that aligned with my goals 💪



Calories CAN add up quickly when you're eating out — if you ate everything on the left, that's 3,820 calories

But if you went to those SAME restaurants and ordered what I've listed on the right, that's 1,490 calories 🙌

So stop telling yourself you "can't eat out" or "fast food is bad"...that's not true! It's all about being strategic 🤓

And btw, you can totally still eat the foods I've listed here on the left and lose weight, just not all in the same day. I'll do a post on how to incorporate higher-calorie foods into your plan next week so stay tuned 😘
