Diet Friendly Alcohol Swaps

If you're taking the weekends off from your diet because you wanna drink, stop it right now! lol

I mean if you need to take the weekend off for some reason you can of course (click here for more info on that) but don't do it just because you want to drink

You can go out, socialize, and drink ON your weight loss plan...I do! And my clients do! So we're your proof that it's possible...

The secret is to drink SMART and just make lighter choices! Let's dive in...

All these drinks above are lower in cals but still taste delicious!

My go-to's when I'm out with my hubby, or we're together with family/friends for a holiday (ex: Mother's Day this Sunday!) are light beers, tequila sodas, or seltzers.

I have one or two (or three! lol), enjoy myself, and don't sweat it because I know even if I'm having 3 light beers, that's only roughly 300 calories and I can totally fit it into my plan for the day.

So stop telling yourself that you've "failed" on your diet because you had a drink ok? Ok!


And if you're following a plan or program right now that's telling you alcohol is completely off limits, please say hasta la vista and run over here into my arms ;)
